With an emphasis on making a customer and not a sale, we focus on finding the right products for the customer. We are looking to add an Assistant floor Manager to the team to ensure the best possible customer experience for each and every shopper.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Curate relationships with our customers
  • Providing personalized recommendations for all shoppers
  • Be knowledgeable about all of our brands
  • Be Comfortable utilizing Instagram 
  • Be proficient in our Gear brands and be able to make personalized recommendations to customers.
  • Help keep employees engaged and up to speed on daily tasks.
  • Stocking and merchandising store
  • Maintaining store cleanliness
  • Handling all in store Customer service issues
  • Helping hit sales goals
  • Making sure all products are accurately labeled
  • Helping maintain accurate inventory counts

While there is some flexibility in schedule, the ideal availability is Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday from 10-5pm.
